I/we agree that by signing this Landholder Access Agreement

*I / we consent to accredited Government staff and professional contractors to shoot pest animals (which may include deer, goats etc.) on my / our property in compliance with a requirement of the Landscape South Australia Act 2019, and in accordance with the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972.

*I/we consent to accredited Government staff and professional contractors to operate remotely piloted aircraft (i.e. drones) over my / our property, for the purpose of locating pest animals.

*I/we understand that I/we will be contacted prior to any shooting operation and provided with the operation details along with the opportunity to confirm property information including farm biosecurity requirements, location of livestock and updated exclusion zones.

*I/we will notify any tenants / visitors / employees / contractors living / working or visiting on the property.

Landscapes Hills and Fleurieu will:

Incur all costs associated with the shooting operations undertaken through the Pest Animal Control Program;
Obtain relevant approvals and coordinate landholder communications;
Supervise relevant operations in accordance with approved plans, codes of practice and animal welfare standards.
Ensure that all control operations (including contractors engaged by Landscapes Hills and Fleurieu) are covered by appropriate insurance and safety procedures.
